Full range of motion • Neurological: AOX4. Light touch, pain, temperature, vibration and proprioception are grossly intact • Genitourinary: no masses or tenderness, no urethral discharge • Rectal: no visible fissures, induration, or lesions • Patient is positive for bacteria in her urine so she will be referred to her primary care physician for follow up on possible UTI.
