Can I preview the content before purchasing?

Our team analyses the content/notes based on its legibility and relevance. qwivy also provides a system that allows the buyers to share their feedback about the uploaded notes which will be visible to everyone. We leave it to the judgment of the prospective buyers to refer to the feedback thus provided.

It helps the buyers analyze the appropriateness of the content based on their requirements before they purchase it.

As qwivy provides buyers to preview the content and read the brief product description, therefore, we can only offer partial refunds if circumstances warrant.  However, you can inform us about any issues regarding the purchased content at [email protected] and we will do our best to address the issue.

You can purchase the notes by adding it to your shopping cart and then checking out. You can even add and save/store notes in your shopping cart for future purchase.

In case you do not find the notes you are looking for, then you place a request with us through the Chatbox feature on the website. or search using single keywords

Your purchased notes are saved in your profile under the “Purchases” section. You can view them anytime through the website or mobile app.

How do I find the download I purchased?

When using a pc or a tablet - After you have successfuly purchased your item, head to your web browser's top right area. Click the white icon and head to purchases. You can also follow the following link to access your purchases. Your purchases will be listed there and ready to be downloaded. Note that, you must be logged in to be able to download your purchased items. 

When using a phone - Head to top right area of your screen, click the three lines then click purchases. Everything will be there and ready to be downloaded.  

Note: If you are using an iPhone, sometimes the downloaded content might appear like its encrypted, don't worry, just use your PC to download it and all will be well.
